You are required to create an IGERS account to submit your manuscript.
Go to igers.org/register. Or click "Register Now" button on the top-right corner of this website.
Fill out the required informations, then click continue.

Check your inbox for the verification email. If it's missing or expired, follow the "My verification link is expired, what should I do?" tutorial to request a new one.

After you have your IGERS account, it's time to submit your manuscript. Make sure to follow the steps below.
To access your account dashboard, you need to be logged in to your account (See the login tutorial above).
In your dashboard, scroll down to the "Active Proceedings" section and then click "View Details" in the proceeding card of your choice.

In the proceeding details, click "Submit Paper". You then will be redirected to the submission page. There, carefully follow the instructions on how to submit your manuscript.

Ensure that the manuscript aligns with the scope and topics of the conference. No specific template format is required for the initial submission.

Titles must be representative of the article content and should not exceed 18 words.

Submissions must be anonymous (no author names, email addresses, or institutional affiliations).

After passing initial editorial screening, papers undergo double-blind peer review. Only the first author will be contacted.

Abstracts should be between 150 and 250 words.

The manuscript should include: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References (depending on the preferred style guide).

Files must be prepared and submitted in .doc format.
