Complete account registration before proceeding.

After logging in, go to the Home Page and select the conference you wish to attend.

Click "Join as Participant" at the bottom-left corner of the conference card.

Complete the participant form: select the conference and choose the applicable participation category.

Review all submitted information carefully, then click Submit to confirm.

After submission, you may proceed directly to payment.

You will be redirected to the Xendit payment page to select your preferred payment method.

Complete the payment following the instructions provided by Xendit.

Complete the account registration process on the official portal before proceeding.

Upon login, navigate to the Home Page and identify the conference you intend to participate in.

Click the "Join as Author" button at the bottom-left corner of the conference card.

Select the appropriate Conference Name and Submission Category from the provided menus.

Provide details for all contributors: Full Name, Email Address, Country, and Institutional Affiliation.

Enter the Paper Title and Abstract, select the relevant Topic, and upload the manuscript file.

After all required fields have been completed, click Submit.

Your submission will undergo an editorial and peer-review process.

If eligible, you will receive an official email with the Letter of Acceptance (LoA), Invoice, and revision notes.

If accepted, complete the payment, submit proof of payment to IGERS, and submit the revised paper.
